This role is responsible for the development and delivery of both internal and client-facing communications and event project management for E*TRADE's Corporate Services, and will be tasked with being an expert in E*TRADE's Equity Compensation products and related internal processes, procedures, and standards.

  • Project manage all aspects of conference and event activities, including event show guides, private meeting schedules, bios, agendas, dinner invitations, event assessment, certificate processing, surveys and engagement tracking
  • Help lead the communications, speaker proposal, and project management strategy for events like E*TRADE's Directions conference, Regional Forums, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), Global Equity Organization (GEO), Certified Equity Professional (CEPI), and the Client Advisory Board
  • This person would be responsible for crafting internal communications for events, announcements, product launches, award programs, and other group deliverables
  • Help plan and direct all aspects of internal communications for sales and service management programs.
  • Develop policies and procedures for processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations
  • Review event, communications and video proposals to determine costs, timeline, and funding
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of event, internal award and other related projects. Plans, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors project completion.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Assists Sales Management in understanding process bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Help develop strategies for new content areas and deliver client ready user guides and internal FAQs
  • Improve the effectiveness of our content through analyzing customer data, redefining nomenclatures , improving content quality and implementing methods to effectively delivering communications
  • Interacting extensively with stakeholders (e.g. sales, relationship management, marketing, compliance, legal and clients) in response to their needs as well as solicit their ideas on methods to enhance our offering
  • Provide needed reporting/metrics for events and communications effectiveness to determine ROI
  • Proactively work to stay abreast of changes to regulatory requirements and work with the appropriate internal and business partners to make changes to content as necessary.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications delivery and / or event planning and communications
  • Prior experience in a B2B service model, especially in a benefit related role (e.g. equity compensation or 401(k))
  • Experience scheduling and facilitating WebEx meetings
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills. Ability to articulate big picture, strategic priorities in MS PowerPoint format to stakeholders in sales, relationship management, compliance and legal
  • Strong business and project management, planning and organization skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Manage extensive cross-group coordination at all levels of the organization utilizing outstanding people skills, demonstrating both impact and influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative to solve problems a self-starter
  • Excellent customer service attitude, project management and time management skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills required
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations for industry conferences preferred
  • Experience with equity compensation or E*TRADE's products and services
  • Certified Equity Professional Level 1 preferred or after hire date
