The Executive Private Client - Relationship Manager will be responsible for the retention and growth of E*TRADE's most valuable clients. Through frequent and proactive client contacts, the Relationship Manager will cultivate personal relationships, gain an understanding of the client's investment needs, goals, objectives, and become a trusted resource. The Relationship Manager is responsible for daily servicing/trading requests and enhancing the overall client experience with E*TRADE. After becoming a trusted resource, the Relationship Manager is responsible for positioning products that 'fulfills the clients' needs'.

Qualifications:

* Experience working with senior-level executives regarding equity compensation plans

* Proven track record of successfully building, managing and retaining relationships with the firms most valuable clients while remaining highly-focused on risk management

* Proven 'Service to Sales' experience within the Financial Industry

* Outstanding presentation/communication skills through various channels, including In-Person, phone and email

* Demonstrated experience understanding a client's unique financial situation and ability to position appropriate solutions

* Demonstrated knowledge of brokerage, money management, estate planning, financial planning and retirement planning

* Ability to think strategically and influence decisions of executives

* Ability to effectively plan, organize and execute multiple In-Person client meetings while working within a stated budget (25% travel)

* Ability to effectively plan, contribute and support client appreciation events and educational seminars (5% travel)

* Ability to work and travel on nights/weekends

* Ability to remain calm, professional, and in control in a volatile business environment

* Ability to exercise discretion and business judgment while communicating, researching and resolving customer problems related to E*TRADE Securities

* Utilize independent decision-making skills to handle and resolve issues. Ability to work independently

* Ability to effectively support a team environment while excelling as an individual contributor

* Must be focused on bottom line performance and constantly looking at ways to improve overall performance, sales, customer satisfaction and entire customer experience.

* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks

* Capacity to place/review orders and to identify/escalate any trading related items

* Participate in the development, maintenance and communication of sales and activity report

* Ability to effectively negotiate with and retain clients in a highly competitive industry while remaining highly focused on profitability

* Ability to understand and position the benefits of a full array of products

* Minimum 10 years brokerage experience required

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, TRAINING

* Series 7/63/66 licenses required.

* Obtain CEP Level 1 within first 12 months in role

* Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation beneficial
