The East Columbia Basin Irrigation District (ECBID) is accepting applications for a Project Engineer. The District needs a Project Engineer to manage the civil and mechanical engineering workload related to design, planning, reviewing and inspection of District operated and maintained facilities. Current engineering needs at East Columbia Basin Irrigation District include the planning, design and construction management of several new, large pumping plants and pipeline systems. A Project Engineer is required for this position.
