We currently have Locum opportunities for Internal Medicine Hospitalist available at St. James Healthcare in Butte, MT. Full/part time and moonlighting shifts available.
Please see the practice description listed below and contact me to discuss the opportunity in greater detail. Whether you are looking for short or long- term opportunities we can assist you. BE/BC Hospitalist or Internal Medicine required with Hospitalist experience as well as BLS, ACLS and DEA.
QUICK FACTS:
• 98 bed facility with an average of 56 census
• 11 ICU BEDS
• Open ICU
• Patient Census:
a. day shift- 10-13 per doctor with 3 day teams
b. night shift- doctor responds to all patients on the 3 teams
• Admits (on average/daily)
a. Day 4-7
b. Night 3-5
• First physicians to arrive to their patient’s room run codes
• Rapid Response Team consist of physician caring for the patient.
• EMR System used is EPIC
• Shift Schedule: Day shift: 7:00 am- 5:00 pm; Night shift 5:00 pm- 7:00 am
• 3 day teams
• 1 night team
• No call involvement
• Specialty Backup includes Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Urology, Ortho and Pulmonary are available for consults during the week and most weekends.
• 90 days is the average credentialing timeframe
