Pediatric Surgery - 24-Hour Call - High Pay! – Locum
• Only one provider on schedule at a time. May include scheduled surgeries and some clinical responsibilities.
• BC in Pediatric Surgery with ample CASE LOGS for the last 2 years is a must.
• Will consider Truly BE (Carle By-Laws state under 1.5 years out of successfully completing training program) and needs to be efficient and comfortable with proven case logs.
• M-F 8-5 for work day which could include any or all of the following mix:
surgery, rounding, consults, outpatient visits, call. Then weeknight call and week end call rotations dependent on schedule.
• It takes about 12+ weeks to get licensed in Illinois so we would prefer to see ALREADY ACTIVE Illinois Licensed Candidates and those more local and flexible to availability as they will be considered first.
• Orientation hourly rate (one weekday 7:30a-5p)
• Daily Rate: M-F 8a-5p mix of responsibilities
• Weeknight Call rate
• CB/OT for patient care after 5p
• Weekend Call (24-hour Sat/Sun) to include 4 hours
• Charting cannot be billed extra and needs to be part of the base rates
• As always – we prefer CLEAN candidates please.
