Physician / Family Practice with OB / Seattle, WA

FP/OB Physician needed in Seattle, Washington - 100% OP Practice Setting.

Full-Time or Part-Time positions are available!

The practice has served the Shoreline-to-South-Everett area for more than 40 years.  

We have a strong reputation in the community as we provide 7 day-per-week access through our Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic and we have high quality scores.  

Our group is physician-owned (20 of our 25 family medicine physicians are shareholders) and independent.  

We participate in many ACO products through collaboration with Providence and also with Virginia Mason.  

Our payer mix is approximately 75% commercial insurance and the remainder is mostly Medicare with some Medicaid and L&I.  

Our patient mix reflects the community around us.  

Our EMR is GE Centricity and we have in-house IT support staff.  

We have had a number of retirements in the past 3 years and have openings for more physicians and ARNPs to help us meet patient demand.  

We are fine with full-time or part-time candidates (many of our providers are part-time).  

Our group is very participatory and inclusive.  

The physicians own equal shares.  

Every provider works one late night per week to meet patient desire for access.   

We approach our patient base as a team.

The family medicine with obstetrics position has a salary guarantee for the first 2 years but is production-based (production is credited to the physician from Day One --- the guarantee functions like a “start up loan” from the other physicians).

There is OB/GYN back-up at the hospital if the delivery needs to move to unplanned C-section.  

The call group will be 5-6 physicians but it is only for our pregnant patients (the remainder of our 20+ family medicine physicians handle all the regular call --- the FP/OBs only get calls from the group’s pregnant patients).
