OP FM Physician With No Call and No Weekends! Fort Wayne, in pd

OP ONLY M-F NO WEEKENDS AND NO CALL

Highly respected primary care group is recruiting OP IM or OP FM physicians with geriatric interest. This group is an

innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers in the Midwest focused on providing high quality care to older

adults. This is not concierge medicine: but they offer high level of service to patients at no additional cost to them; it's

covered by Medicare regardless of ability to pay. The goal is not measured in volume or billing/claims: IT'S QUALITY!

They are looking for physicians and clinical staff who are intrinsically motivated to provide excellent care to older adults.

The goal is to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, then provide the resources to help teams

take excellent care. Physicians practice with a full team behind them; each care team is made up of:

• Physician

• Registered Nurse

• Medical Assistant

• Clinical Informatics Specialist (i.e., a “scribe” to manage documentation)

• Care Manager

• Nurse Practitioner

All of the facilities are new, designed around this model of comprehensive, personalized primary care. Small patient

panels for consistency and focus. They use technology to improve care quality and make life easy for their providers, so

that they can provide their patients excellent care! Cloud-based electronic health record and enterprise suite. The

position is employed with above market compensation made up of base salary without RVU targets. Malpractice

coverage, generous benefits including vacation time, health insurance, retirement benefits and CME stipend.
