Medical Director IM for Family Medicine Physician Springvale, ME cw

Springvale: We are offering the role of Medical Director to an experienced Internist or Family Medicine physician on behalf of a wonderful FQHC community health center in southern Maine. This is a hands-on/clinical position with an organization that offers integrated medical, dental and behavioral health care in a highly desirable community 45 minutes southwest of Portland, near the New Hampshire border. We are looking for an individual with leadership strengths who will see patients, and oversee other physicians and nurse practitioners. The selected physician will collaborate with health and administrative professionals using the Patient-Centered Medical Home model of care delivery, and will be directly involved in the training and education of the health center staff providing services in a three clustered locations.
