Associate Dentist

Family Dentistry is looking for a dynamic, energetic and motivated  Associate Dentist to work full time at our Hesperia Office. Our ideal candidate must have 1-3 years experience and be proficient in Surgical Extractions, Premolar Root Canal Treatment, and Crown & Bridges. 

We offer a daily pay guarantee, Incentive compensations and health insurance.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Examine, diagnose and provide dental treatment to our patients 
• Use and utilize a variety of our modern dental instruments and digital technology
• Provide and educate our patients with oral hygiene instructions 
• Ability to build up good rapport with patients and our office team
• Provide excellent chair side communication skills to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
• Efficiently manage productivity and profitability
