Our firm represents an area medical device company actively looking to hire an entry-level contract Quality Engineer to work in medical devices supporting a decontamination room disinfecting and performing the visual and functional evaluation of complaint return products. Excellent opportunity for a recent College Graduate interested in a quality engineering career in medical devices.
- Wear PPE equipment (lab coat, gloves, face shield)
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Demonstrate clear and concise witting skills
- Work independently with minimum supervision and proactively escalate concerns as required
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and lab equipment
- May require lifting up to 35 lbs packages from floor to workstation
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Performs other job duties as assigned
