Here’s What You’ll Do:
The Office Coordinator, a member of the corporate services and finance teams, will maintain an organized and functional office environment for employees at Forrester’s headquarters in Cambridge.

Job Responsibilities:
● Maintain the office environment on designated floors through proactive quality checks.
● Set up all new hires: Determine desk location with hiring managers, set up desk with all needed supplies, and coordinate phone setup with the technology management department.
● Oversee employee visitor requests — both seating and communications.
● Assist with internal move planning and execution.
● Maintain meeting and conference rooms — markers, whiteboards, cables, etc.
● Stock the office supply cabinet and paper supplies at the printer station.
● Maintain the corporate letterhead/envelope inventory.
● Proof, approve, and process business card requests; maintain relationship with print vendor.
● Contribute to team rotation to maintain and fill employee coffee machines.
● Contribute to team rotation of front desk coverage (breaks, lunch, illness coverage).
● Provide back-up and/or support of team services — catering, mailroom, facilities, etc. — as needed.
● Assist with the coordination, setup, and breakdown of corporate events.
Here’s What You’ll Bring To The Table:
Job Requirements:
● One to two years of office administration and/or customer service experience (a plus).
● A team player.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● The ability to identify issues and propose solutions or new processes.
● Great time management and priority management in order to get the job done well!
● Must be punctual.
● Proficiency on a PC and the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.
● Someone who is capable of heavy lifting; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
