Technical Support Analyst

Job Description:

ConnectFSS specializes in building information technology solutions for the credit union industry. The Technical Support Analyst role isn’t your typical call center support role. We work directly with the Credit Union (not their members) to resolve issues and implement innovative cutting edge solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Interact with clients providing timely solutions

· Develop a trustworthy relationship with our clients

Requirements:

· Customer Service Skills

· Understand multi-tier web-based software solutions and the trade-offs associated with developing to this technology set.

· Able to prioritize multiple requests according to both urgency and importance, escalating conflicting priorities to management as needed.

· Able to troubleshoot reported issues, resolve confirmation-related issues, and escalate development-related issues as needed.

· Understands how to communicate difficult and/or sensitive information tactfully.
