Manager of Human Resources / People Development

The Full Employment Council, a premier workforce organization is seeking a Human Resource Manager. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer & is responsible for all HR functions including employee relations, maintenance of personnel records, files, & software system, recruiting & interviewing applicants for positions available, maintain workmen's compensation, and benefits package system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing staff development and training initiatives. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment. A Bachelors degree is required for this position in Human Resources or a related field and 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and benefits management. Must have excellent references; must pass a background check; must have reliable transportation with auto insurance.
