We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will be coordinating our community support efforts and managing influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Community Support:

• Monitor, moderate and manage conversations between community members across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest)
• Create personal relationships with our community across social media channels
• Assist in coordinating community program initiatives at Function of Beauty (referral, ambassador and internship programs)
• Identify new ways for growth and increased presence within the college community across the US

Influencer Management:

• Build and grow relationships, acting as the day-to-day contact with influencers, managers and agents
• Help identify ways to build and strengthen ongoing relationships with influencers and develop processes to optimize efforts

• Outstanding communication skills (you can communicate concisely, yet warmly, over various media channels) and strong relationship builder
• Possess equal parts confidence, humility, and desire to learn
• Friendly, smart and eager to grow relationships in the digital space
• Passion for social media and more importantly, passionate about Function of Beauty and our mission
• Highly organized and able to multitask, detail oriented, fast pace, manage timelines
• Ready to go above & beyond to help the team; open to a flexible schedule
