Grand Junction Media, Inc is seeking a Chief Financial Officer/Controller who will report directly to the Publisher and be an integral part of the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all financial functions of the company, including financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting payroll, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Supervise a high-performing accounting operation promoting collaboration and teamwork.
• Assist in implementing new systems and resolving system issues.
• Ensure internal controls remain effective.
• Identify efficiencies as an integral business partner with the rest of the management team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting; Certified Public Account and/or Master of Business Administration plus.
• At least ten years of progressive accounting experience, including at least four years of supervisory  experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Detailed and results oriented.
• High level problem solving and analyzing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively work cross functionally with all levels of the organization.
