We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at the Southampton Harbour Hotel and Spa

This 85 bedroom yacht-inspired hotel featuring an indulgent spa, award-winning Jetty restaurant concept and HarBar on the 6th brings 5-star luxury to the marina making it one of the most desirable locations in the UK.

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie Pastry to join the HarBar on 6th team in delivering exceptional food and a first class guest experience in a hotel that offers contemporary dining with an á la carte’ menu. As Chef de Partie Pastry you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.

With a focus on training and development, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie Pastry to enhance individual skills and knowledge and to be part of a team of leading professionals within a growing hospitality brand.
