As the result of significant expansion, through a combination of strong organic growth and a series of acquisitions and joint ventures across multiple jurisdictions, a high-profile role exists for a 2:1 or 1st class graduate to undertake a Finance Analyst role. Your brief includes:
•Reporting on & understanding financial performance for a key business unit
•Assisting with reporting of results to regional management & Heads of Department
•Supporting the global roll-out of a new CRM sales system including revenue analysis & supporting the development of value-adding reporting
•Supporting the transition of the division onto a new financial reporting platform
•Supporting profitability reporting in conjunction with Data Operations team
•Assisting with annual divisional budget preparation
•Reporting on monthly business unit financial performance against budget & forecast
•Highlighting revenue performance & variances to key stakeholders
As a recent 2:1 or 1st class graduate, with 12 to 24 months' relevant finance or analytical experience, you will be currently or planning to study for a professional accountancy qualification, demonstrate proven financial analysis & reporting experience and have strong Excel skills. The role demands an outgoing, proactive approach with the ability to challenge the status quo and implement process improvements to add value.
