We seek a BC/BE Rheumatologist for The Bone and Joint Institute (BJI) at Hartford Hospital, a new state of the art institute focused on Bone and Joint care. The new hospital will accommodate 10 operating rooms, 60 patient care rooms, and dedicated ambulatory care space, and will be designed with a focus on the latest technology. This ambitious project will position the HHC Bone & Joint Institute at Hartford Hospital to be the acknowledged, regional leader in patient-centered, innovative musculoskeletal care.

The BJI includes the specialty service lines of orthopedic joint reconstruction, sports medicine, hand, trauma, foot & ankle and spine surgery. Population health management will be at the core of the Institute with a program focus on arthritis management, bone health/osteoporosis management, pain management and a strong Fragility Fracture program. Pivotal to the concept of comprehensive musculoskeletal care, we are developing an academically focused and clinically active Rheumatology Service Line.
