The Housing and Residence Life Office at the University of North Carolina Greensboro is seeking qualified candidates for the Associate Director for Business Operations for a housing program that serves 5500 residential students living in 30 residence halls. The Associate Director for Business Operations is a 12 month, full time position responsible for the day-to-day business operations including, budgets/finance and human resources functions as well as long range planning for the Department of Housing and Residence Life which employs 115 full time staff and 175 students. The position reports to the Executive Director for Housing and Residence Life and supervises a team of three full-time employees. The department prefers candidates with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field and five years experience managing a revenue generating department. Recruitment range is $68,472 - $75,009 based on qualifications and experience.
