Multifaceted Administrative full time position in the construction industry with key responsibility to assist in daily operations. Primary duties include daily office procedures, data entry, and taking direction from the operations manager. Responsibilities comprise providing an administrative role in support of the company’s operations and knowing internal work flow, processes and paperwork.
Education: High school diploma or higher education with a number of years administrative and supervisory experience.
Experience: Proficiency in MS Office; computer skills and knowledge of office software packages; knowledge of administrative and clerical practices and procedures; knowledge in the construction industry a plus.
