Working Assistant Superintendent ( Starting at $75k )

WORKING ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT 

Growing Design-Build firm specializing in Casino, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and Retail industries, looking for a construction site foreman to join our team. We offer excellent benefits, opportunities for promotion, and bonuses for outstanding performance. Starting wage $75,000 - $80,000 with ability to earn performance based bonuses for a total salary well over $100,000 (We hope you do!). 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working Assistant Superintendent reports to Site Superintendent and assists in the following responsibilities for construction projects:
• Work with Superintendent to direct and oversee subcontractors
• Perform miscellaneous construction related tasks
• Coordinate and manage schedule with superintendent
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Work to ensure that all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Maintain high levels of communication with Superintendent and project team
• Participate in project debriefs with project management. Share knowledge gained from each project to be applied to future installations

REQUIREMENTS
• Has experience as a qualified and competent tradesperson
• I-5's projects are performed throughout the US. Foreman should have ability and desire to travel as required to perform work on projects throughout the US.
• Effectively communicate orally and in writing, with good comprehension
• Apply good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Should be ready to take on new challenges and willing to learn
• Must be familiar with and be able to communicate using technology (email, computer apps, etc.).
