JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Analyst, Compensation & Stock Plan Administration
Location: New York, NY
Reporting to: Manager, Compensation & Stock Plan Administration
Exemption Status: Exempt

We are looking for a Compensation & Stock Plan Administration Analyst to join IAC in our New York office. The analyst will play a key part in ensuring that IAC’s public and private equity plans serve their function of attracting, retaining and motivating employees. Our ideal administrator will have a solid background in equity compensation and have the ability to work seamlessly across departments and companies. Qualified administrators will also have experience working with at least one equity administration platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain employee equity database, updating information and running required and requested summary and detail reports
  • Analyze daily reports from external stock plan administrator
  • Prepare weekly and ad-hoc reports relating to stock plan activity
  • Answer employee questions and resolve problems regarding equity plans and grants
  • Prepare and distribute grant documentation and agreements for new-hire and ongoing grants
  • Work on special projects related to equity granting and reporting
  • Assist in preparing materials for the compensation committee
  • Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position
  • Prepare compensation benchmarking analyses

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of executive compensation experience with medium to large publicly traded companies
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and details
  • Experience with stock-based compensation, including stock options, restricted stock and/or performance-based stock awards
  • Creative problem solving skills, good judgment, and an ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle several projects and requests with exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with equity administration platforms highly desirable
