GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
The chosen Software/Business Analyst (BA/SA) will be executing in a fast-paced environment working with business clients and development team in an agile/scrum frame-work with very tight turnaround times and timelines. Deliverables would be specifications and requirement documents; creating and documenting user stories with the business clients driving UAT.
•    Experience defining requirements and specifications
•    Experience working in a IT/SW Delivery environment
•    Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task is very important
•    Strong amount of attention to details
•    Experience with creating and documenting user stories and familiarity with UAT is desired
•    Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams
•    Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
•    Perform quality assurance
•    Define reporting and alerting requirements
•    Help design, document and maintain system processes
•    Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
•    Communicate key insights and findings to product team
•    Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
•    Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application levels
•    Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection
•    Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
•    Other Duties as Assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Benefits, Human Resources, or Payroll background required.
•    Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
•    Required knowledge of tools to document the needs of the business and communicating those to developers, including, MS Team Foundation Services, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.  
•    Use of QA tools including, MS Team Foundation Services (included Coded UI Testing), Selenium, FitNesse
•    BA degree in IT / Computer Science
•    Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
•    Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
•    Solid experience in writing SQL queries
•    Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
