FP&A Manager / Finance Business Partner

Exceptional opportunity as FP&A Manager / Finance Business Partner for multi-site retail / FMCG related business with offices in Essex and Central London.

Whilst reporting to the Head of Finance and working closely with the Sales and Marketing Management as Finance Business Partner you will provide meaningful financial information to drive performance and increase profitability.

You will produce decision supporting financial information to the business and play the lead role for future financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and investment appraisal.

Key accountabilities include: Budgeting, forecasting, management and development of one report, Production of the finance pack for marketing and sales along with commentary and subsequent recommendations, profitability reporting, supporting investment appraisal, reporting on actual versus plan on marketing and sales spend across the regions, P&L oversight, development of the planning tool and ongoing analytical ad-hoc projects.

This represents the perfect opportunity for an ambitious CIMA or ACA qualified Accountant with circa 1 to 5 years post qualified experience seeking exposure to the FMCG or Retail sector in a genuine ad-value role.

You will be required to split you time between the Essex and London offices (both within an easy commute from South and West Essex and anywhere in North or Central London) to allow you to engage with the Marketers and sales management.
