Resolution of incidents and Service requests through configuration and development which involves analysis, development, implementation and testing of changes primarily in SAP, Sales and Distribution area; identify business requirements and implement solutions, using configuration changes, perform data analysis and analysis of trends within SAP Sales and Distribution area and proactively develop solutions to mitigate the reoccurrence of problems. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or closely related field and five years of experience in the job offered or in IT positions including Consultant and/or Senior Consultant and/or Senior Application Consultant. Background in education, training or experience must include experience with SAP Sales and Distribution module including configuration in SAP Sales and Distribution; developing test cases, scenarios and test data; handling/resolving Service Requests including testing configuration changes or programs in SAP Sales and Distribution area. Approximately 2% domestic/international travel required for workshops/training/testing; no telecommuting benefit, no alternate work or residence location available.
