Account Manager Business Development

Position Title Account Manager

Position Summary:

As a member of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for develop new business and maintain existing customers in your assigned market. The position will call on OEMs, contractors, and end users of electrical enclosure climate control and related products.

Compensation: $65K total compensation at plan (base + commission and bonuses)

Location: 4421 Tradition Trail; Plano TX 75093

Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm or 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· High volume of outgoing and inbound phone calls and emails daily

· Generate sales leads and follow up on those leads

· Serve as product expert of your accounts

· Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence

· Manage hundreds of accounts through our defined sales process

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Strong work ethic

· Sales experience a must, HVAC or industrial product experience a plus

· STRONG communication skills; including interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments in the company, such as production and distribution

· Experience with CRM software, such as Goldmine, Act, Sales Force

· Detail oriented and organized

· Basic knowledge of keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office

Education/Certification:

· Undergraduate degree

Hours/Shift 7:30 am-4:30 pm and 8:00 am-5:00 pm positions are available

Other Information 2-4 year undergraduate degree is preferred.
