Job Description

We are looking for ONE KEY person dedicated to the success of the organizations and families we serve. In this role as the Financial Analyst, your primary responsibility will be for the treasury and cash functions within the organization including working closely with our internal Accounting, Development, and Grant-making teams, our Investment Committee and outside investment firms.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following: Month-end close activities and performance analysis; generation of billing and processing payments; wire transfer process and protocols; implement investment policy changes and decisions made by investment committees; work with investment advisors to implement portfolio transactions with new investment activity; propose protocols and processes for working with new investment vehicles; manage and implement banking protocols and activities as related to cash management across multiple bank accounts, investment funds and for grant making; participate in annual financial audit; provide support and reporting to investment committees, Boards, and Leadership teams.

Qualifications

The person who best fills this role will have earned a Bachelor’s Degree and have 5 to 7 years of experience working in Finance or Accounting and 3 to 5 years of experience in working with investment portfolios. A candidate who also has a Master’s Degree or CPA license would be preferred. Experience using QuickBooks is required and additional experience with FIMS software is preferred.
