Provide direct oversight and behavioral treatment analysis for group home clients, consistent with having a BCBA designation. Assist the Clinical Coordinator in overseeing the service provision of all Supervisors for ABA based programs that are designed specifically to meet the needs of our clients and Key Essentials to Behavior Management funding sources. In addition, the Program Manager is responsible for providing ongoing training and development for the supervisory clinical team in order to ensure the most effective and evidence based treatments following the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis are being implemented for all clients.
