Sous Chef

Luke Restaurant is accepting applications from talented Sous chefs or cooks/tournants with ambition to become sous chefs with the ability to cook and or expedite while keeping a cool head and maintaining a leadership role in the kitchen. You'll need to work with line and service staff to get food quickly and properly to our guests. Communicate with the prep crew to keep the line stocked at all times. Shut down the kitchen quickly and orderly and some ordering duties or open the kitchen and set the line to be ready for service. You'll need to work well as a team with the front and BOH staff to keep morale and food/service quality top notch.
