Land O'Lakes, Inc. is a global agri-food products business, employing approximately 9,000 employees. This full-time senior software application developer position designs, develops, and tests software applications using a variety of tools and technologies on the SFDC platform for medium to large projects. Writes detailed design and technical specification documents, and develops and supports SFDC development projects leveraging and following industry best practices. Performs software development tasks, such as develop Apex/Visualforce, data structures, object oriented programming (OOP), relational database design and design patterns. Manages offshore resources in the same technology domain.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or a closely related field, or an equivalent foreign degree, plus 5 years of progressive software developer/designer employment experience. This experience must be specifically in salesforce.com field (i.e. Salesforce AppExchange) and include at least one or more of CRM software product(SFDC, SugarCRM, NexJ, Chordiant), and experience with Apex/Visualforce development; relational databases; object oriented programming (OOP), SFDC platform including out-of-the box tools, Apex, Visualforce and Force.com. Must have the following certificates obtained within the last 3 years:

(1) Sales force Certified Developer, and

(2) Salesforce Certified Administrator (SP16).
