Job Description
We're looking for motivated-fun-experienced second in kitchen to be part of our culinary team. The position is to take over the second in command in the kitchen and execution of the menu from start to finish. You have to be available to start immediately.
Somethings you'll be doing:
- Working with an exciting menu that changes twice a year.
- Preparation of ingredients, cooking and plating.
- Learning new techniques and building your skills as a sous chef.
Skills and requirements:
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Following recipe and process
- Being in charge when the head chef is away
- Attention to detail
- Enforcing the food safety standards
