Lou Bachrodt Freightliner is looking for a high caliper individual to perform as a Service Advisor.

Our store is located in Pompano Beach, Florida and represents Freightliner, Western Star, Isuzu and Sprinter brands. Due to our continued growth we are currently searching for an experienced Truck Service Advisor who is passionate about taking care of the Customer and helping them turn, an unpleasant event into a positive experience.

Requirements:

•Prior experience as a Service Advisor for a fast paced truck dealership environment (min 3 years.) •Top-notch customer service skills with a track record of achievement and success . This role requires handling many Customers, priorities, communication and follow-up throughout the day, while turning Customers into “Customers for Life”.

•The position requires a self-starter who is detailed oriented, competitive, energetic and able to multi task.

•A desire and ability to solve problems, sell needed services and overcome objections.

•Ability to proficiently use computer technology ( CDK / ADP .) •Ability to oversee that warranty eligible work adheres to manufactures' specifications.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Individual must be able to work on their feet.

•Bi-lingual a PLUS!*
