Associate - Corporate and Securities Practice Group Mayer Brown LLP Chicago, Illinois

Responsible for representing the firm's clients on issues related to domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including restructurings, divestitures and acquisitions; advising and counseling the firm's U.S. lawyers regarding matters of French and European Union law related to corporate and securities issues, advising and counseling the firm's non-U.S. lawyers regarding matters of U.S. law related to corporate and securities issues. Must have a U.S. Law Degree (J.D. or equivalent foreign degree), a law license from any U.S. state, and a law degree and a law license from France. Must have at least two (2) years of experience as an attorney.
