ME Elecmetal, a global supplier of castings for the mining industry, is in its Duluth, MN foundry.  Candidates must be willing to learn the foundry business, supervise a crew of hourly production employees, maintain production schedules, maximize labor efficiencies, and promote safety & quality.  Must be willing to work night or afternoon shifts and some weekends.
