MDA is seeking Hospitalist and Nocturnist Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physicians for an ongoing locum tenens (LT) assignment in Coastal Texas.
Number of beds in hospital: 350+Number of Open ICU beds: 76
STACCS resident/attending Pulmonology Critical Care available 24/7
Team Structure:
a. Monday-Thursday
5 day rounder’s (Rotating admissions from 7am-12pm)
1 Swing
1 Nocturnist
Avg. Individual Census 22-25 (including Admissions)
b. Friday-Sunday
4 day rounder’s (Rotating Admissions from 7am-12pm)
1 Swing physician
1 Nocturnist
Avg. Individual Census 27-30 (including admissions)
Swing Admissions 10-15
Night Admissions 8-10
Hours are 7-7 and noon to midnight for swing
