Job Description

Medical Doctor Associates is seeking Nurse Practitioners to work at one of their facilities near Putnam County, OH. Providers should be comfortable seeing patients 2 years and up. This is an ongoing opportunity. The hours are:
Tuesday's 8:00A-4:30 PM. Duties will include Occupational Health, Women's Well Visits, Employee Wellness, and care for chronic conditions such as Hypertension and Diabetes. Ohio license and DEA are both needed. Local candidates are preferred but travel and lodging can be discussed.
This position pays aggressively and Providers are paid weekly via Direct Deposit.
