Clear Choice Medical is an innovative medical practice that provides inpatient care to patients in progressive SNF/Sub-acute medical facilities in the NYC area. Our goal is to increase the quality of patient care in the SNF setting while preventing unnecessary ER visits and hospital readmissions.
We're currently seeking an Infectious Disease Physician for modern and very well managed facilities in the Queens NY area.

Candidate Requirements:
- Completion of Residency/Fellowship in Accredited USA based program.
- Eligible for licensure in the state of NY
- ABMS BE/BC
