Dining Services Director

Miles Community College is currently accepting applications for a Dining Services Director. The Director is responsible for the administration of all aspects of the food service operations to promote customer satisfaction and to maximize profitability. Duties of this position include: preparing nutritious and quality daily menus, ensuring food is professionally prepared and served, scheduling and supervising food service staff, providing exceptional customer service, and managing catering and concessions operations.

Qualifications: This position requires an Associates Degree. Applicable work experience may be considered as a substitute for educational requirement. Preference will be given to a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Culinary Arts Degree, or related field. Three to five years of experience in all phases of the food service industry is also required. Willingness and ability to provide exceptional customer service, superior organizational and interpersonal skills is highly desired.
