Project Architect:

Immediate opportunities exist for an experienced Project Architect within MLM-Martin Architects, Inc. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. Projects include Airport Terminal, Office, Hangar, Clinic Medical Office, Public Schools and Physical Plant work.

Educational Requirements: NAAB Accredited degree in Architecture --- Bachelor’s Minimum.

Professional Certification Requirements: Licensure Preferred.

Applicants must have:

1. The ability to take the lead on multiple projects.
2. Experienced performance for all phases of architectural drawings & specification work including planning, designing, production, and construction administration.
3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, Florida Building Codes, regulations, and quality standards.
4. Advanced communication skills and project management skills.

Skills Required:

Extensive experience working in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Revit software. Communication with large design and owner teams.
