Director of Advanced Driver Training

MN Hwy Safety and Research Center at St. Cloud State University

The Director of Advanced Driver Training is responsible for driver training delivered at the MN Highway Safety and Research Center (MHSRC), in St. Cloud, MN.

This full-time position is responsible for the design, development, and instruction of Emergency Vehicle Operations Courses and other advanced driving courses offered by the MHSRC. The successful candidate will manage the budget, focus on program growth, and assist with the recruitment, coordination and training of adjunct instructors.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Criminal Justice, or closely related is required, along with a valid MN Class D Driver's License and at least 4 years of significant experience in ground transportation safety/driver training, and/or emergency responder are required. If you meet these requirements, have a knowledge of driver and traffic safety issues, this position may be for you.
