Job Description

Two state-of-the- art facilities, located in Montgomery County Texas, which is one of the fastest growing counties in the nation, seeking part or full time dentist. Two or more years of experience is preferred, but not required.

Montgomery County boasts 40,269 companies and significant history. The town of Montgomery, located just 50 miles northwest of Houston, is one of the oldest towns in Texas, as well as the birthplace of the Texas Flag. Montgomery is frequently referred to Houston’s playground due in part to Lake Conroe, a 22,000 acre recreational lake located in the middle of the county, and the many elite golf courses and tennis facilities.

Some of the features that distinguish our offices from others is our exceptional attention to the needs of our patients. We feel that at every encounter, we should provide a value of service that is greater than what the patient paid for. We believe that we should treat everyone as well or better than we would expect to be treated ourselves. We are trying to create a group of dental practices that will uphold these values. We have invested a significant amount of time and money into learning how to build good relationships, and the psychology behind excellent patient interactions.

We are seeking bright, carding people who are eager to provide this type of service, and are enthusiastic about constantly learning how to provide the best service possible. We believe that if we focus our attention on the patient, show them that we care, give them positive patient experiences, and just do what it right and ethical, the financial reward will follow.

Both of our practices feature 12 or more treatment rooms, digital x-rays, 3D imaging machine, Cerec and iTero technology and IV sedation equipment.

Dr. Gardner is passionate about the art and science of dentistry and realizes the impact he can have on people’s self-esteem, confidence and overall health. He truly enjoys serving the people of Montgomery County for the last 25 years.

Dr. Gardner is one of only 400 dentists in the nation who have earned their Fellowship (LVIF) from the prestigious LVI Institute. Due to his commitment to continuing education, Dr. Gardner is able to treat patients who are suffering from chronic head and neck pain, TMJ/TMD issues, sleep apnea, bad bites, etc. In addition to the LVIF, Dr. Gardner has also earned his Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry and is a member of American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Orthodontic Society and American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Below are testimonials from former associate dentists:

“Working for Dr. Gardner was basically a paid AEGD. I learned endo, ortho, advanced oral surgery, implantology, CAD/CAM and neuromuscular dentistry from Dr. Gardner. He showed me how to run a business. I will always consider Dr. Gardner a great mentor and an even better friend.” –Jaime Ramirez, DDS; associate dentist 2005-2009

“Dr. Gardner has a very progressive practice. You have the opportunity to work with many cutting edge technologies like digital impressions, 3D CBCT radiographic imaging, and in-office restoration milling to name a few. One of my favorite things about working there is the team. Dr. Gardner puts a lot of effort into hiring good people and training them well. It was truly a pleasure to work with Dr. Gardner and his team!” –Jacob Burch, DDS; associate dentist 2010-2015

“Working as an associate dentist for Dr. Gardner has been a tremendous learning experience. The training, continuing education and mentorship have been invaluable to me as a young dentist. With so many corporate offices out there, I’m glad I found a family practice where I can focus on patient care and practice with integrity. The offices are top of the line and equipped with the latest technologies, and the staff is highly trained. There is just not a better opportunity out there for an associate dentist.” –Seth Harris, DDS; associate dentist 2015-present
