Our Client, a leading Top 10 Accountancy firm, is now looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to join their Internal Finance team based in Central London.
With a salary of up to £28,000 on offer, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's activities, processing all payments received within the business.
If you are an experienced Finance Administrator, this is a fantastic opportunity to continue your career at a leading provider of audit, tax, and consulting services to middle market leaders, globally.
As the Senior Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that internal and external clients receive a quality service in all respects and will assist in the day to day allocation of department resources. Other duties will include:
* Banking any cheques and updating the corresponding cash books as necessary
* Ensuring the internal CRM database (Sage) is kept up-to-date
* Ensuring clients are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner and managing the transfer of client funds
* Producing and distributing performance reports to stakeholders
* Chasing outstanding debtors and managing debtor days
To be successful in the role it is important that you have a proven ability in processing a high volume of transactions, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role as team leader / assistant leader would be highly advantageous.
It is also important that you are deadline orientated and can communicate effectively with all areas of the business. Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Sage is a must.
