  • Responsibilities

    Neato is hiring Vans Brand Ambassadors to help plan and execute an upcoming event at the Vans retail store at Somerset Collection. This is a paid, 6-week contract position with responsibilities including event promotions, pre-production, and on-site support.

    Candidates must be passionate about the Vans brand and currently enrolled as full-time undergraduate students at Oakland University.

    • Attend and support the execution of the photo gallery on Saturday, 11/4
    • Collect submissions from at least (10) student photographers who are interested in having their work featured during the activation
    • Invite (25) influential students to attend and participate in live voting
    • Drive student attendance by leveraging the following channels: Word-of-mouth, Social Media, Campus media (newspaper, radio station, etc), Flyers and posters, Student Organization and professor outreach, Other unconventional methods based on your understanding of the campus culture
    • Maintain proactive, consistent communication with Neato including weekly status calls, emails, and GroupMe messages
    • Report on the activation in a timely manner through set program reporting tools

    $225 flat rate
