Are you an experienced Administrator who is looking for the next step to specialise in an industrial or engineering environment?
We are looking for a Technical Administrator that is happy to continue building their career in a heavy industrial/engineering company, based in Sittingbourne.
Previous experience reviewing technical data, creating technical reports, and a proven record of high attention to detail would be advantageous in this position, and give a great starting position, to continue learning and developing on experience.
Duties of the role include:
* Complete all administration for the technical and dispatch department;
* Ensuring all documentation is recorded and fully completed;
* Being liaison for multi-million pound clients as well as managing expectations on dispatch;
* Supporting dispatch at busy times to ensure deadlines are met;
* A small amount of light manual handling will be required at busy periods.
This role requires an all-round candidate that isn't afraid to get stuck in with tasks outside of their remit to support the smooth running of the department.
Working in Sittingbourne with on-site parking, this is working a 38 hour week, standard hours Monday - Thursday, with an early finish on a Friday.
