We currently have 2.5 FTE and are losing a lot of patients to outmigration. There will be plenty of opportunity to be busy and earn well above your guaranteed base salary. The wRVU reimbursement rate reflects the western United States median as reported in the 2015 MGMA report for ambulatory medicine.
