Located in Northern California near Redding, CA.

They are an FQHC with 2 locations.

About the POSITION:
Looking for a full time General dentist, capable of seeing patients from young to not so young. We do basically everything, with exceptions including: dental implants, dental bridges, stainless steel crowns, and surgical third molar extractions.

Our last four full-time hires have been new graduates, or graduates with one year of experience, so we are very well prepared to work with someone who is interested in growing as a leader and dentist.

Our clinic has a 30-year history, with a significant dental component for the majority of the years.

All of our dentists are 4 days / week. Huddle starts at 8:30AM, and our last patients usually start around 4 or 4:30PM.
We have two existing full-time dentists on staff presently, and one part-time dentist. Each dentist is an independent leader for their own team of assistants.
Each full-time dentist on our team works with two dedicated assistants.
Each full-time dentist helps oversee treatment provided by our team of three hygienists.
We have six dentist-operatories, and two hygiene-operatories. On busy days each dentist works out of two rooms, but some days we have our dentists work out of three rooms.

All of our operatories have digital radiographs, saddle chairs, electric handpieces, etc. We also do a lot of dentures, with an emphasis on quality. All of our providers have extra clinic-sponsored Continuing Education in high quality dentures.
