Vidant Medical Group and Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC, are seeking Board Certified Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to work as a Nocturnist. The successful candidate will perform admissions, consultations, and discharges. Option to perform OR first-assist, if desired.
Highlights include:
• Established and well respected team of 8 neurosurgeons
• Hospital privileges at Vidant Medical Center, a 909-bed, level 1 trauma center
• Certified primary stroke center
• Inpatient Only
• No Call
• 7 On 7 Off schedule (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
• Epic EMR
• Average TOTAL Inpatient Census: 10-15
• Experience preferred in Neurosurgery, Surgery or Neurology
Vidant's Neuroscience program uses a multidisciplinary approach to provide a range of services to include diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with neurological disorders. The hospital has excellent staff in nursing, radiology, general neurosurgery, endovascular neurosurgery and intervention, neuro-spine surgery, and neurology. The Neuroscience team takes great pride in their patient- and family-centered approach to care which promotes optimization of patient outcomes.
