Director of Quality / Risk Management

Responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspect of continuous quality improvement and patient safety program. Serves as a resource related to clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory and quality improvement issues, and ensures alignment across departments to achieve best practices. Responsibility for oversight of data abstraction, report generation, data analysis and suggested methods for performance improvement. Reviews incident reporting and screens for risk management issues.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field
Licensure: Illinois Licensed RN
Preferred Certifications: CPHQ, CPPS, CPHRM
