Prospect Bank is currently looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer willing to work at multiple branches.

Mortgage Loan Officer - A Mortgage Loan Officer should have good customer relation skills and be able to listen, probe and offer advice on the selection of products to applicants. MLO needs to have good knowledge and understand the requirements and restrictions of each mortgage program the bank offers.  MLO will communicate with applicants throughout the process of application, underwriting, closing, and beyond.  Qualification: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Knowledge of Calyx Point, Plateau Group 4 Point, MortgageBot/Doc Magic, USDA Rural Development GUS (automated underwriting), Navigator/ Director and Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriting preferred. Ability of critical thinking and problem-solving plus good communication and presentation skills required.  Prospect Bank offers excellent compensation package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, vacation and 401K employer contributions.
