eCommerce Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a ECommerce Digital Marketing Specialist to be a part of our growing team. We are an eCommerce/Web development agency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and Audit websites to propose a digital marketing strategy to our customers
• Present our digital marketing process and capability statement to potential customers
• Keyword research, Site Audits, SERP Rankings
• Collaborate with webmaster/programming to ensure SEO friendly site architecture, updates to site.
• On-page SEO optimization (Title tag, description, H1, H2, keyword density, internal links, page size, XHTML compliance, W3C compliance).
• Identifies opportunities to improve guest experience and works with e-Commerce team to improve conversion and UX for our customers.
• On-page conversion optimization using Multi-variate and A-B testing.
• Off-page optimization=Link building (Select target URLs, link text).
• Reporting on traffic, rankings, conversions and link building.
• ROI reporting.
• Run email/drip campaigns
• Multi-channel selling

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in various aspects of eCommerce digital marketing SEO, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing, Multi-channel sales.
• Must have experience working with an agency.
• A formal degree in Marketing/Business
• Must have analytical (fact based) thought process.
• Must be able to manage multiple accounts/projects
• Must have experience with one of the SEO tool SEMRush, Spyfu, AWR, RavenTool
• Experience one of the BI tools for reporting KPI like Google Data Studio
• Experience with one of the marketing automation tools like: Klaviyo, Dotdigital/Dotmailer, Bronto, Listrak
• Experience with sales on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay and utilize tools for amazon sellers like Sellics, Jungle Scout
• Good to have one of the following certifications: Google AdWords Fundamentals, Google AdWords - Shopping Advertising, Google AdWords - Search Advertising, Google AdWords - Mobile Advertising, Google AdWords - Display Advertising, Google Digital Sales, Google AdWords - Video Advertising (If you do not have one, then be prepared to get one).
• Good web framework knowledge and must be able to manage: Wordpress, Joomla, Magento sites
• Team player (experience collaborating with remote teams), Positive energy, High work ethics
